Best Swoopa Alternatives for Resellers in 2026

People who search "Swoopa alternative" are usually ready to switch tools. Swoopa is a real product, and for private-party cars it is often the right one. For everyone else, the search is about a different job: finding underpriced listings, judging them, and getting them listed and tracked without a second stack of apps.

This comparison covers six tools that show up in that search: Swoopa, Outpost Alerts, DealProwlr, Sift, Spottable, and Botifex. Every price below comes from that company's own public pricing page, checked on October 23, 2026. Plans move. Open the linked page before you subscribe.

If you want the one-to-one version, read Botifex vs Swoopa. If Facebook Marketplace is the marketplace you actually buy from, the Facebook Marketplace alerts page is the shorter product walkthrough.

What a Swoopa alternative has to replace

Swoopa (getswoopa.com) is a native iOS and Android app from a company that sells private-party vehicle sourcing. Its homepage, checked the same day, says it sends alerts from Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, Kijiji, Gumtree, Nextdoor, and eBay so a buyer can message the seller first. The filters it advertises are vehicle filters: make, model, year, mileage, location, price, seller blocks, and red-flag words. An AI price filter and an AI deal evaluation sit on top of that, aimed at acquisition quality for cars.

That is a coherent product for a dealer or a vehicle flipper. It is a weak fit when the buy box is tools, furniture, electronics, clothes, or collectibles, and when the work after the ping is comps, a listing, and a record of what you paid. The alternatives below split along that line.

Prices in this post

Checked October 23, 2026, in US dollars, on each vendor's public pricing page. Month-to-month stickers are the ones in the table. Annual and committed prices are called out in the section for that tool.

Six tools side by side

Read the "best for" column before the price. A $6.99 browser extension and a $49.99 reseller workspace are answers to different questions. The fastest published check is the schedule on that pricing page. Live delivery can land later than the printed interval.

The rest of this post is the source for each row: who the plan is written for, what the price includes, and the limit that should change your mind.

Swoopa: stay if the unit you buy is a car

On Swoopa's subscription page, the month-to-month cards checked October 23, 2026 are:

  • Pro, $47/month. 7-day trial. About a 5-minute alert speed. Five keywords: three at 5-minute speed and two at 9-minute speed. Facebook Marketplace only. Smart search filters, push notifications, Advanced Vehicle Search, and the mobile app.
  • Business, $144/month. 7-day trial. About a 3-minute alert speed. Thirteen continuous keyword searches (five at 3 minutes, three at 5, five at 9). All available marketplaces, plus "additional local marketplaces."
  • Enterprise, $352/month. 7-day trial. The card says instant alert speed. Eighteen continuous keyword searches, split across 1-minute, 3-minute, 5-minute, and 9-minute slots. All available marketplaces, advanced filtering, and Advanced Vehicle Search.

The same page also lists committed plans: $28/month for 12 months ($336) at basic speed on Facebook Marketplace only; $99/month for 6 months ($594) at fast speed across marketplaces; and $199/month for 6 months ($1,194) at instant speed, with price-drop alerts and AI VIN and title detection. Billing on those cards starts after 7 days. The page repeats plan blocks, so confirm the term on the checkout you actually click.

Their homepage FAQ adds a limit on the word "instant": the speed applies to results within 100 km of the selected location and to exact keyword matches. The paid cards include a 7-day trial. The app is iOS and Android, with email notifications from a desktop.

Choose Swoopa when the thing you buy is usually a car, truck, or similar private-party vehicle, you want make, model, year, and mileage filters, and you are willing to pay for keyword slots. The head-to-head with the reseller workspace is Botifex vs Swoopa.

Outpost Alerts: Facebook watchlists and a profit record

Outpost Alerts publishes its plans on the homepage. Checked October 23, 2026, monthly prices are:

  • Basic, $14.99/month. One watchlist, checked every 30 minutes.
  • Standard, $39/month. Five watchlists. The fastest is checked every 3 minutes. The other four run every 5 minutes or slower.
  • Pro, $79/month. Ten watchlists. The fastest is checked every minute. The other nine run every 3 minutes or slower.

Yearly billing saves 20%. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. Coverage is Facebook Marketplace only. Each watchlist is one location with a radius of 5 to 500 km, plus include and exclude words and a price range. Outpost says it searches from its own servers, so it does not ask for a Facebook login, and the computer can stay off. Matches go to an iPhone app, a web dashboard, or Discord.

The part that matters for resellers is the pipeline after the match. The same page says every plan can mark a listing bought, move it into inventory, and show paid totals, revenue, and realised profit. That is a real bought-to-sold record for Facebook finds. The page does not list eBay sold comps, listing drafts, or other marketplaces.

Outpost also publishes its own relevance figure: across 30,777 keyword matches in August 2026, it says 38.6% were dropped as the wrong item. That figure is Outpost's, from their page, and it is quoted so you can weigh their filtering claim.

Choose Outpost when Facebook Marketplace is the only place you source, you want the check interval in writing, and a simple profit record is enough. For how Marketplace alerts behave in general, see Facebook Marketplace alerts.

DealProwlr: flat plans for Facebook monitors

DealProwlr's pricing section, on its homepage, checked October 23, 2026, lists three flat plans. Fast monitors check every minute. Standard monitors check every five.

  • Starter, $15/month. One Fast monitor and three Standard monitors. Their line: "One thing you flip, watched properly." The footnote says Starter covers four monitors for $15.
  • Pro, $35/month. Three Fast and seven Standard. "Several categories, or several metros."
  • Power, $69/month. Six Fast and fourteen Standard. "Full-time volume across a wide area."

Pricing is per plan, so another search inside the slot count does not add a line to the bill. The trial is seven days with one Standard monitor and no card. When it ends, monitors pause and nothing is charged. Fast monitors are outside that trial description.

The page describes a cloud service for Facebook Marketplace. Structured data on the same page lists alerts via Discord, Telegram, and browser or mobile push, plus keyword, price, radius, and negative-keyword filtering, with no Facebook login. Their FAQ says categories follow whatever you would type into Marketplace search. The pricing block does not list eBay sold comps, listing tools, or an inventory ledger.

Choose DealProwlr when you source on Facebook Marketplace, you want several monitors on one flat bill, and you want to see a Standard monitor run before a card is on file.

Sift: filters and alerts inside Chrome

Sift's pricing page, checked October 23, 2026, is the low end of this list. Sift is a Chrome, Edge, and Brave extension for Facebook Marketplace, and the same install works on Kijiji. It runs on the computer. Phone alerts on paid plans deliver matches from that extension. They still depend on the browser install.

  • Free, $0. No card and no account. One watched search, desktop alerts, every filter, price history, a fair-price badge from "below typical" to "above typical," scam flags, three AI second opinions a month, and one VIN check a month.
  • Sift Pro, $6.99/month or $49/year. Five watched searches. Phone alerts by Telegram, ntfy, or email. Price-drop alerts on 10 listings. Fifty AI second opinions a month. A VIN check on every car. 7-day trial; checkout asks for a card and charges nothing that day.
  • Sift Max, $15.99/month or $119/year. Twenty-five watched searches. Text alerts plus Telegram, ntfy, or email. Unlimited AI second opinions. Price-drop alerts on 100 listings. Up to 20 saved places. VIN read from photos. The same 7-day card trial.

In Canada the same page lists Sift Pro at C$8.99/month or C$59/year, and Sift Max at C$19.99/month or C$149/year. The comparison table uses the US dollar cards.

Sift's fair-price badge is a read against a typical local price, with price history on the listing. That is useful while you scroll. It is a different artifact from a sold-comp report you take into a listing draft. Sift does not publish a minute-level scan interval. It does publish that new listings can alert you with the Marketplace tab closed, on the computer where the extension is installed.

Choose Sift when you already live in Marketplace or Kijiji on a laptop, you want the junk filtered before you scroll, and a phone ping for a handful of searches is worth under $16. It is the wrong primary tool if the laptop is shut all day or if you also need Craigslist, eBay, OfferUp, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, or Whatnot.

Spottable: an iPhone read on the listing

Spottable's pricing page, checked October 23, 2026, prices the website plans in US dollars. The iPhone app requires an active trial or subscription. Chrome includes 3 free AI analyses per day. The page says more locations and faster checks use more watch points.

  • Starter, $4.99/month. 3 watch points, 100 monthly AI analyses, hourly checks, AI deal scoring, market comparison, and fraud signals.
  • Pro, $14.99/month. 10 watch points, 250 monthly AI analyses, hourly checks, and the same scoring and fraud signals.
  • Max, $28.99/month. 50 watch points, 500 monthly AI analyses, checks as often as every minute, and the same scoring and fraud signals.

Spottable prints a caveat under those speeds: check frequency does not guarantee when a listing or alert will appear. A 25-credit AI pack is listed at $4.99 as an in-app purchase that does not expire.

The App Store listing for the same app, checked the same day, shows different monthly in-app prices: Starter $9.99, Pro $29.99, and Max $49.99, plus yearly options and separate "boosted searches" purchases. Use the checkout you will actually pay. This table uses the website pricing page, because that is the page Spottable publishes as its plan list.

Choose Spottable when you buy on Facebook Marketplace from an iPhone and you want a score, a market comparison, and fraud signals on the listing in front of you. Hourly checks on Starter and Pro are a different product from a minute-level watch. The pricing page does not describe a multi-marketplace hunt, a listing tool, or an inventory ledger.

Botifex: find the deal, score it, list it, track it

Botifex is the alternative for the reseller whose next problem is the one after the ping. Pricing, the same numbers used across this site, is Free $0, Basic $19.99, Pro $49.99, and Ultra $126.99 per month.

  • Finding. Hunts run across Craigslist, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and Whatnot. After the trial, Free keeps Craigslist and eBay at a 20-minute refresh. Basic adds Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp at 10 minutes. Pro and Ultra include all eight at 5 minutes, with unlimited keywords.
  • Scoring. Free and Basic include a basic deal score. Pro and Ultra add full AI comps against eBay sold prices, sell-through, and profit after fees, so the alert is judged before you drive or message.
  • Listing. Pro and Ultra include selling tools: draft a listing and cross-post with the browser extension, in the same account that found the item.
  • Tracking. Pro includes inventory with cost basis, photos, and mark-sold. Ultra adds Business Mode profit-and-loss and CSV export.

Free, Basic, and Pro start with a 7-day Pro trial and no card. Ultra is paid checkout. During the trial the account runs with Pro coverage, including the eight marketplaces and the 5-minute refresh.

Put next to Swoopa's $47 Pro plan, Botifex Pro at $49.99 is a similar sticker and a different bundle: eight marketplaces and unlimited keywords, with eBay sold comps, listing, and inventory included. Swoopa Pro at $47 is five keywords on Facebook Marketplace, built for vehicles. Swoopa's faster Business and Enterprise tiers, at $144 and $352, are the right comparison only if instant car alerts are the product you need. Botifex does not offer make, model, year, and mileage search, and it does not monitor Kijiji, Gumtree, or Nextdoor.

Against the Facebook-only tools, the trade is speed and price versus the rest of the workflow. Outpost, DealProwlr, and Spottable Max publish a 1-minute check on their top Facebook watch. Botifex Pro and Ultra publish 5 minutes, across eight marketplaces, and then keep the sold-comp score, the listing, and the inventory in one place. Sift is cheaper because it is a browser extension with a local fair-price badge.

The one-to-one writeup is Botifex vs Swoopa. If the search that brought you here was really "how do I get Marketplace alerts," start at Facebook Marketplace alerts.

Which Swoopa alternative to pick

Match the tool to the buy box. Switching because a roundup ranked something first is how resellers end up paying for a second alert app.

  • You flip cars from your phone. Stay with Swoopa, or compare it only with another vehicle tool. The keyword caps and the $144 / $352 tiers are the cost of the speed and the filters.
  • You only buy on Facebook Marketplace and you want the interval in writing. Outpost Alerts if you also want a bought-to-sold profit record. DealProwlr if you want more monitors on a flat bill and a no-card trial.
  • You shop Marketplace or Kijiji in Chrome. Sift. Start on the free plan. Move to Pro when a desktop alert is not enough.
  • You want an AI verdict on an iPhone listing. Spottable, and check whether you are paying the website price or the App Store price.
  • You resell general merchandise and you are tired of copying the same item into a comps tab, a listing tool, and a spreadsheet. Botifex. The loop is find, score against eBay sold prices, list, and track.

How these prices were checked
