Commission, attribution & payouts
- Pro & Ultra: 30% of the amount paid on the referred customer’s first paid invoice (month 1), then 20% on subsequent paid invoices for months 2–12.
- Basic: 20% of the first paid invoice, then 10% on months 2–12. No commission after month 12 unless we later offer lifetime rates.
- Attribution: Last-click wins within 30 days; then attaches to the account at signup. Self-referrals are not allowed.
- Hold: Commissions stay pending for 60 days. Refunds or chargebacks during the hold claw back the commission.
- Payouts: Approved balances are paid monthly through Stripe after the hold clears.
- Referral code: Your code attributes the signup. It is not a customer discount unless we issue a separate Stripe promo for your campaign.
- Content review: After you publish a Botifex mention, paste the public URL in your Creator dashboard so we can confirm disclosures and claims.
- Disclosure: You must disclose your affiliate / paid relationship with Botifex (FTC).

What is the Botifex creator partner and affiliate program?
It’s Botifex’s partner program for reseller creators and affiliates. You share a unique referral link and matching referral code; when someone you refer becomes a paying subscriber, you earn commission for up to 12 months.
How much do Botifex affiliates and creator partners earn?
Pro and Ultra referrals pay 30% of the first paid invoice, then 20% on months 2–12. Basic referrals pay 20% on month 1 and 10% on months 2–12. There is no commission after month 12 unless Botifex later offers lifetime rates.

Do I need to disclose that I am a Botifex affiliate?
Yes. FTC rules require a clear disclosure of your material connection to Botifex in promotional content (for example, “I may earn a commission if you sign up”).
How long until I hear back?
We typically respond within a few business days. Approval is selective — quality over volume. You’ll get an email either way if we can reach the address you applied with.
Is my referral code a discount for my audience?
No. The link and code attribute the signup so you can earn commission. Customer discounts are separate and only apply if Botifex issues a Stripe promotion code for your campaign.
Can I apply if I already have a Botifex account?
Yes. Apply with the same email. If approved, we’ll send an invite to claim Creator access on that account (or create one if you don’t have it yet).
Do I have to submit my videos and posts?
Yes. After you publish something about Botifex, paste the public link in your Creator dashboard. We review disclosures, claims, and brand fit, and can require edits or take-down under the program terms.
What if my application is not approved?
We’ll email you either way if we can reach the address you applied with. Approval is selective. You can apply again later if your audience or content focus changes.
